Research summary

Project overview

CelestiCode is an advanced telescope simulation platform designed to support astronomy learning and research through interactive 3D visualization. The system allows users to explore and observe celestial objects using a simulated observatory environment, helping students and researchers understand the positions and movements of stars and other astronomical bodies. The platform integrates astronomy, simulation technology, and cybersecurity to create a secure and educational tool for studying the universe. Through the use of CoppeliaSim visualization, users can interact with a virtual telescope system that replicates real-world observation experiences. CelestiCode is built using Python, Flask, MongoDB, and PyJWT, providing secure user authentication and data management. By combining software engineering with astronomy simulation, the platform offers an accessible environment for educational institutions, researchers, and astronomy enthusiasts to explore space science.
