Research summary

Project overview

The current system of the North-West University meant to keep track of all the students in residences thus far, while for the most part has served its purpose in capturing the multiple students as well as their details. This system is rigid, however, as it fails to keep track of all of the students that move between residences or simply are no longer part of the residence. The aim of DormDash is to do so and more while at a more affordable price than external vendors, while providing the staff and the students a more flexible system that allows for items such as viewing a room or providing a well-organised calendar for the all the users to be able to refer to at any point in time.
