Project overview
NWU Live Poll is a production-ready, full-stack real-time classroom polling platform developed to replace commercial polling solutions at North-West University. The system enables lecturers to create timed multiple-choice polls and quizzes which students join instantly from any web browser using a unique 6-character session code - no software installation needed. Live response tracking, automatic grading, attendance monitoring, and CSV export make it a complete formative-assessment tool aligned with POPIA data-privacy requirements.
